Who is behind Insider's Guide to Aalborg?
The ideator behind Insider's Guide to Aalborg is Anne Bloksgaard Nielsen, owner of ABNI Communications. She has worked as a freelance translator and writer in Aalborg since 2007, and her clients include a wide range of public and private companies - often with international employees. She is 'born and bred' in the Aalborg area and holds a deep love for the city - and a passion to share all the city has to offer with you.
Sharing her love for the city is her competent writer duo, Johanne Nørgaard and Muffy Morrigan.
Johanne is an Aalborg local and a writer with a broad cultural studies and communications background and a Master's degree in English and Danish languages.
Muffy is an accomplished American fiction and non-fiction writer, who functions as the glue between the English-speaking world and Denmark, bridging the cultural divide. She sees Denmark as her second home and has been in love with Aalborg for more than 15 years.
